Buyer's Rebate Program

A Buyer is eligible to receive a Get Movin Buyer Rebate after completing the purchase of a property if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • The buyer is not using a buyer’s agent other than a Get Movin’ buyer’s agent
  • The listing broker or seller of the purchased property has offered compensation to the broker of an agent representing the buyer
  • The purchase price of the subject property has not been reduced by waiving a portion of buyer agent compensation
  • Get Movin’ Realty has been compensated for their buyer services in the amount of $500 or 1% of purchase price, whichever is greater

Always contact a Get Movin’ representative PRIOR to closing the purchase of a property to verify if a purchase qualifies for a Get Movin’ Buyer Rebate. Compensation is not always offered to an agent representing a buyer. When compensation is offered, it can vary.

For a qualifying purchase, Get Movin’ will retain 2 percent of the purchase price and the rest of the buyer’s agent commission will be rebated to the buyer. If the buyer also lists a house for sale with Get Movin’, then Get Movin’ will retain 1 percent of the purchase price and the rest of the buyer’s agent commission will be rebated to the buyer.

The Get Movin’ Buyer Rebate will be given to buyer at the completion of closing in the form of a bank check.
